Beneficiary Feedback System
SomReP uses the Beneficiary Feedback System to generate feedback from the project beneficiaries. The system has multiple functionalities such as; receiving SMS and voice. Communities send their complaints, request, suggestion, appreciation & inquiry to the feedback platform through either SMS or IVR. The feedback is then be automatically sent via their mobile phone in the form of SMS or interactive voice response (IVR).
The public page will show data such as type of feedback received; method of feedback, gender, age, the status of feedback and finally, the region or district where feedback has originated. The public page has a mapping functionality where donors, partners or the public can click and see reports which contain the original message from the beneficiary, the English translation, and the partner’s response. This is to ensure transparency throughout the feedback cycle.
